About
I'm Managing Partner at Mason Equity Partners, a family-owned real estate development and investment firm. I lead our work from acquisition and design through financing, construction, and asset management.
I started at Cardiff Mason Development in 2013. I studied Business and Interdisciplinary Studies at UC Berkeley.
Work
- West LA self-storage. My work includes securing development approvals for our West Los Angeles self-storage project. The facility delivered in December 2024.
- San Francisco data center. I worked on entitlements for a 32 MW data center. I wrote about the property's long path to a sale below.
- Development in the Bay Area. At Cardiff Mason, I became Director of Development, overseeing design, entitlements, and leasing for two projects.
